Journey to Health

I went to see the Journey to Health doctors on Friday. I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and ingenuity, yet saddened and shocked to hear of my own dismal state of health, or lack thereof.
They gave me an ionic footbath, which is very hard for me to explain. I met Ms. Ellen, who is an extremely sweet individual. She first told me (because of my dry lips) that I was excessively dehydrated, which I was not inclined to argue with. So she told me to start drinking half of my body weight in ounces of water, which will kill me.
It gets worse.
I can't have any coffee anymore. This was just a suggestion, but I have regrettably resigned myself that she's right. Poo. She also informed me that fasting has only been starving me, because fasting is apparently for healthy people. I am not a healthy person. I must stop this as well for the time being.
She showed me a paper with all of these different circles of colors on it. She asked me to tell her which one stood out to me, or which one irritated me. I was surprised how much this made sense to me. I told her that the dark blue one stood out more than any of them, and she said that that meant that my thyroid was having problems. She explained it this way: each color has an energy wavelength programmed into it by God when he created colors. Each one of us also has these wavelengths programmed into it, because that's the way it works somehow. If something is wrong with us, then our bodies can communicate it to us by way of these wavelengths. I suppose it's like the way certain music irritates us, or delights us, or soothes us.
Sooooooo..... pretty much, my thyroid (mom's fault) is malfunctioning, and not handling my stress the way it's supposed to.
She then tested me for all sorts of allergies. I'm allergic to almost every common stomach-related allergy, which is why I'm in such a mess right now. I haven't been digesting my food hardly at all, and I've pretty much been repelling everything I eat. I'm also allergic to mold. Big surprise.
I tested ten out of ten in my level of toxitity.
I'm ripe for cancer.
My alkalinity is unfavorable.
Darn.

Exite!

This Friday, I go to the allergy doctors. I'm so excited. Even if they aren't able to help me, I know that they've helped other people, so I intend to make the most of this glorious experience and take in all the information I can. If they DO help me, on the other hand, it goes double, because I may want to study in Bio Electric Field Enhancement. Please pray for me if you think about it, because if I could get help from this, it would be miraculous.
Happy day!

Mango health?

I put mango peels on my face the other day.......... it didn't work.

It just turned my face orange and stuff. I still think it might work. I'm going to try it again some time whenever we have mangos again.
The coffee does work, though. I've been using used coffee grounds as an all over body scrub in the shower, and it works really well as a microderm abrasion thing. It makes my skin feel a lot smoother and softer, and I'm sure it opens up my pores, so I try to do it whenever I fast, especially. I'll try to post later on fasting. It's miraculous.
Another great skin healer is used tea bags and banana peels. Try it. It's all very economical.
